Cancellations

  • We hold a 48hr cancellation policy on all injectable treatments, if you need to cancel or change your booking, we will need 48hrs notice or your deposit will be retained.

  • We hold a 24hr cancellation policy for all facial treatments.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment and haven’t contacted us to make us aware, you appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be retained.

Deposits

  • Deposits will be taken for all bookings at time of booking. 50% of the total cost of your treatment will be taken at the time of booking.

    Client information

  • All clients are required to provide their name, address, date of birth and medical history.

  • All information will be treated at confidential, and protected in line with data protection.

  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without your written permission, and you will not receive unsolicited communications from us.


Appointment Information

  • Please do not attend an appointment if you are feeling unwell, and it is imperitive that you update us of any changes to your medical condition.

  • New patients are required to attend an initial consultation, dependant on the treatment which you are undertaking.

  • It is an offence to book an appointment &/or carry out any injectable treatments to anyone who is under the age of 18. Please do not be offended if I ask to see valid I.D.

  • Please do not bring children in for your appointment, this is to protect you and them.

  • We accept payment via card or BACS.

  • We follow up with all patients post treatment, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, I hold an open line of communication whereby you can contact me anytime with any issues. You can contact me on hello@katiestewardaesthetics.com.
