Cancellations
We hold a 48hr cancellation policy on all injectable treatments, if you need to cancel or change your booking, we will need 48hrs notice or your deposit will be retained.
We hold a 24hr cancellation policy for all facial treatments.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment and haven’t contacted us to make us aware, you appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be retained.
Deposits
Deposits will be taken for all bookings at time of booking. 50% of the total cost of your treatment will be taken at the time of booking.
Client information
All clients are required to provide their name, address, date of birth and medical history.
All information will be treated at confidential, and protected in line with data protection.
Client information will not be shared with third parties without your written permission, and you will not receive unsolicited communications from us.
Appointment Information
Please do not attend an appointment if you are feeling unwell, and it is imperitive that you update us of any changes to your medical condition.
New patients are required to attend an initial consultation, dependant on the treatment which you are undertaking.
It is an offence to book an appointment &/or carry out any injectable treatments to anyone who is under the age of 18. Please do not be offended if I ask to see valid I.D.
Please do not bring children in for your appointment, this is to protect you and them.
We accept payment via card or BACS.
We follow up with all patients post treatment, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, I hold an open line of communication whereby you can contact me anytime with any issues. You can contact me on hello@katiestewardaesthetics.com.
